Sicea Srl completely renovated the third floor of Block A of the Vittorio Veneto Hospital, transforming 950 m² into a modern community hospital with 23 beds.
The project involved the demolition and remediation of the existing structures, the consolidation of the floors, and the reconstruction of the rooms with soundproof walls, antibacterial finishes, new fixtures, fire doors, and PVC and porcelain stoneware flooring.
All mechanical and electrical systems in Block A were renovated, installing high-efficiency air conditioning systems, plumbing, and medical gas lines for each bed.
LED lighting, data network, and security and call systems complete the work.
The hospital ward now meets the highest standards of safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
