SICEA Srl was responsible for the electrical and mechanical systems at the new Hampton by Hilton Hotel, located on the island of Tronchetto in Venice. The structure, the first of its kind in the city to produce its own energy on-site, features 324 rooms, several meeting rooms, a pizzeria with outdoor seating, and dedicated event spaces.
On the electrical side, SICEA installed high-efficiency LED lighting systems, energy distribution infrastructure, and smart control solutions to optimize energy consumption. Simultaneously, the company completed the mechanical systems, including high-efficiency HVAC installations and low-energy-consumption plumbing and sanitary systems.
The project also included the implementation of fire prevention systems, smoke detection, video surveillance, and access control systems, ensuring high standards of safety and comfort for all guests.
This development is part of a broader urban renewal plan for the Tronchetto area, aimed at transforming the island from a parking hub into a modern, sustainable tourism district.
