In the heart of Verona, Homy Livia is a contemporary-style residence that reinterprets the concept of hospitality with elegance and warmth. SICEA Srl oversaw the complete renovation of a historic building just a few steps from the Arena di Verona, transforming it into a high-end accommodation facility that combines architectural charm with modern comforts.
The project involved the restoration and enhancement of the original features, the redefinition of the interior spaces, and the creation of 23 independent apartments.
Each unit is equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning and cooling systems and IoT home automation systems that allow the main functions of the living area to be managed from a smartphone, such as automated door opening and integrated control of internal devices. Fully equipped kitchens and high-quality finishes complete the welcoming, functional, and sustainable environments, enriched by an internal courtyard that enhances the living experience.
