AcegasApsAmga S.p.A., commissioned a major renovation of the “A” office building in the Corso Stati Uniti district of Padua. The project, entrusted to SICEA Srl, was aimed at adapting the building to the group’s new functional needs, improving its energy efficiency and enhancing the spaces, while maintaining its directional use and providing areas dedicated to “crisis rooms.”
SICEA oversaw the demolition of existing fixtures, partitions and installations, the redistribution of interior spaces with new offices, meeting rooms and services, the renovation of facades with thermal insulation and continuous glazing, and the replacement of windows and doors and elevators. In addition, new plumbing, electrical and special systems, an 87.72 kWp photovoltaic system, and work on the outdoor appurtenances were carried out, with new pathways, paving, and arrangements for electric charging.
