{"id":1926,"date":"2024-07-08T16:42:08","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T14:42:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sicea.com\/?post_type=progetto&#038;p=1926"},"modified":"2024-07-12T08:55:13","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T06:55:13","slug":"residence-san-gregorio-padua","status":"publish","type":"progetto","link":"https:\/\/www.sicea.com\/en\/progetto\/residence-san-gregorio-padua\/","title":{"rendered":"Residence San Gregorio\u00a0\u2013 Padua"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The energy upgrading project of the <strong>San Gregorio <\/strong>buildings carried out by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sicea.com\/chi-siamo\/\"><strong>SICEA<\/strong> <strong>Srl<\/strong><\/a> aims to significantly improve the building&#8217;s energy efficiency through <strong>technological upgrading<\/strong> of the central heating system and passivation of the building envelope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SICEA performed the <strong>rehabilitation<\/strong> and <strong>re-waterproofing<\/strong> of the prefabricated modular parapets, improving structural integrity. By implementing a <strong>ceramic thermal insulation system<\/strong>, it was also possible to insulate the perimeter walls, reducing heat loss. Window boards were then insulated with insulating material and wall finish, overlaying heat-insulating windowsills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The walkable surfaces of the balconies were re-waterproofed and repaved where necessary with complete replacement of the exterior window frames and shutters with new, more insulating elements.
