Our cooperation with Coop. Ansaloni continues, this time in the construction of new facilities aimed to accommodate 10 housing units located in Castenaso, in the province of Bologna.
We integrated, in each housing unit, cutting-edge installations with special attention to environmental sustainability. The condo is autonomous and energetically efficient due to isolation systems, a shared photovoltaic plant, and an underfloor heating system, besides tempered glass combined to insulated walls.
In addition to the construction details and to prestigious finishes, the building is equipped with a domotic system which makes the spaces not only aesthetically pleasant but also functional and efficient.
