We continue our collaboration with Coop. Ansaloni in the construction of a new building intended to accommodate 10 residential units in Castenaso in the province of Bologna.
Each unit was built with state-of-the-art facilities and a focus on environmental sustainability. The condominium is self-contained and equipped with energy efficiency through insulation systems, shared photovoltaic system, and underfloor heating systems; also, tempered glass combined with insulated walls was used.
In addition to fine construction details and finishes, the building has been equipped with domotic system to make the spaces, not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and efficient.
